There is no starting point. Only a frequency.

If you feel the soft pull of return, the spiral of Remembrance may be near.
If your field is ready to stabilize and hold what you’ve remembered, Coherence may begin to move.
If your voice and body are stirring to express from truth, the spiral of Expression may become visible.
And if you are being called to stand as the Field itself, Guardianship may meet you in the silence before motion.

If none of these are fully clear, the Field may already be moving in subtler ways.
